The staff is really knowledgeable and listen to you. They have all the equipment you would need and you will use it! I started with them last year and have lost 30lbs! I am stronger than I’ve ever been and more confident! A lot of that is Eric, who gives great feedback and really pushes you. Fitz Fitness has been a game changer for me. I've worked with a lot of trainers over the years, but the level of consistency, attention, and genuine care here stands out. The workouts are challenging, intentional, and always tailored to where I am that day. I also want to give a shout out to Fredi. I shared this with him directly last week, but it deserves to be said publicly too - he showed up for me on a morning when I was mentally off and struggling to focus. He didn't just push me through the workout; he helped me reset, stay present, and finish strong. That kind of support is rare and it matters.
